After 8 months of intensive love and care, the building updates almost leave this building unrecognisable. The floors, bathrooms, plumbing, laundry and kitchen of our rental units have all received an overhaul. The lobby has received a major facelift for your first impressions and a newly integrated security camera / door system has been added for your convenience.
The rental units are also guarded by more than 14 security cameras giving us a 360 degree eye around the building for your added safety. The techno at heart will love our newly integrated wifi system with unlimited high speed Internet service powered by HeroNet. The entrepreneur, student or “Netflix and chill” type will love the speed and reliability.

This functional kitchen with dinette comes with all the space functionality you would require to cook and host a great time with friends.
Counter tops and cabinets have all been redone as well as a great new finish to the floors and countertop backsplash.
One thing we love about these units is that every bedroom comes with their own balcony to help air the place out or to enjoy Montreal summer nights.
The flooring has also been updated to add to the comfort you would expect from a bedroom in a place called home.
Last but never the least, also maybe our proudest achievement to the entire building is the upgraded washrooms. Prior to our acquisition the unit bathrooms had not been updaged since the building has build.
